Add seats with a prorated charge for the remaining period. Reduce unused seats and receive a prorated credit on your next invoice. Switch between monthly and annual billing any time.

What is included in the trial?
Start with one trial seat for 7 days without a credit card. Use the workspace to evaluate your specification, procurement and client-review workflow before subscribing.
How does extra storage work?
The workspace includes 5 GB. Extra storage, when enabled for the subscription, is billed at AUD $10 per additional GB per month (or $120 per GB per year on the annual plan), rounded up to whole gigabytes beyond the included allowance.
Can I change the number of seats?
Owners manage licences from Billing & licences. Added seats incur a prorated charge; reducing unused seats applies a prorated credit. Remove members or pending invitations before reducing below the allocated seat count.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Owners can switch plans any time from Billing & licences. Switching to annual charges the prorated annual cost immediately; switching to monthly applies a prorated credit to future invoices.
Where do I manage cancellation?
Manage your subscription through Billing & licences. Check the cancellation date shown there and keep copies of project material you need before access ends.
